A little about me
I saw HR as a career path and the opportunity to work in a commercial setting which supported individuals to be the best they can possibly be. Helping individuals to overcome hurdles is my passion and is a motivational driver for me personally. I believe it’s important to be deemed as professional and credible as well as approachable in order to ensure that members of the workforce feel comfortable to approach me with any professional and/or personal issues they may have.
The success of the business is important to me and is something I strive to support through the delivery of effective HR services across the group. I’m both passionate and committed to running and supervising an effective HR team which offers services across the entire group. The development of my team is paramount as is the ability to support current employees to achieve their personal development goals.
I’m proud to have been engaged in the role of Charity Secretary for in excess of 10 years helping to organise fundraising events and dealing with attributed administration. Funds raised by this Bone Cancer charity achieved in excess of £150,000.
