  • Visit visas
  • Sponsoring partners or children to join you in the UK
  • Settling in the UK because of long residence
  • Applications based on private and family life
  • Studying in the UK
  • Naturalisation
  • The EU Settlement Scheme

Further information on the types of work we can assist with are in the boxes below.

How do I know what the right course of action is for me?

The UK’s immigration system is notoriously complicated and it may well be that there is more than one option open to you. These will have different costs, evidential requirements and lengths of time before you can settle here.

By having a ‘Where do I stand?’ consultation with one of our solicitors or accredited caseworkers, we can talk through your situation and help you make an informed choice about the best course of action available to you. We understand that, when it comes to lives and families, these decisions are deeply personal and will do our utmost to work with you as you move forward.

Following a meeting with us, you will receive clear, written advice about your options. When you have made your mind up, we will be beside you and make the process of preparing and submitting your application as straightforward as possible.

How can I settle in the UK?

One of the most common questions we have from anyone who has interacted with the UK’s immigration system is ‘how long before I don’t need to do this again?’

Whilst most people can settle in the UK within 5 years, there are some routes where this is longer, some routes that don’t lead to settlement at all and, if you switch between types of leave, you might reset the clock on settlement completely!

When you go down a visa route it is best to have clear advice on how this works, not just for the initial application, but what you will need to do in the future to ensure you can continue and what risks you might need to prepare for.

We are proud that our clients are happy with our services and frequently return to us to assist with extending their leave or settling in the UK.
