Where do I stand? Initial consultation with our experts

For all new clients we begin with a ‘Where Do I Stand?’ consultation. Whatever your immigration situation is, it is always best to know the options open to you and what the respective pros and cons might be.

If you call our welcome team on 0151 282 1700 or email them at enquiry@broudiejacksoncanter.co.uk they will be able to arrange a meeting, either in person or via video conferencing, with one of our specialists.

What if I’m not sure what type of help I need?

If our welcome team are unable to confirm whether we are able to assist, they will ask one of our immigration specialists to arrange a short call with you to check. If we can help, they’ll proceed to book your consultation and, if not, try and find an appropriate referral for your issue.

Pricing

Our fees for Immigration applications

All prices are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Where applicable, this will be added at 20%. Our fees also exclude all other costs such as UK Visa and Immigration fees, tribunal and court fees, barrister fees and the immigration health surcharge.

It must be noted that some applications are more complex than others and for this reason the prices quoted are indicative.

For example, if you are seeking to sponsor your partner to come to the UK under Appendix FM of the immigration rules, our fees may be higher than those quoted if you are self-employed, as such applications are more complex than if you are sponsoring someone to come to the UK and you are an employee. Another example may be if you are requesting that the Home Office exercise discretion when they are considering your case.

Prospective clients are advised to treat all amounts quoted below as indicative of the likely fees rather than the guaranteed final price. However in most cases the fees quoted as from will apply.

In any event fees will be agreed with you prior to you formally instructing us.
