I continually review ways to make sure you have the best experience when contacting us for legal help. I work alongside our Telephony, Front of House and Welcome teams to ensure our internal processes allow us to work as efficiently as possible to provide you with the best service. You come first, so it’s important we listen to any ways we can improve whilst sharing positive feedback when we’ve done a good job.
My role also involves building strong relationships with clients, local businesses and internal colleagues to support the growth of our firm. You may like to speak to more than one of our departments during your time with us so I’d like to ensure this happens as smoothly as possible.
A little about me
Providing the best customer service is extremely important to me. I believe in treating everyone as an equal and I want to ensure that our service meets and exceeds your expectations and for us to consistently maintain the highest standards. I love that my role is varied, I’m able work on different projects that helps me develop whilst supporting others.
My experience
I joined Jackson Lees in January 2016 having held various managerial roles in the same firm over the previous 13 years where I gained experience in management, customer service and business development. I graduated from Edge Hill University in 2000 with a BSc in Organisation and Management Studies.
