How I can help you

I provide HR operational support to management, heads of department, team leaders and employees generally across the group. My background is within a HR Generalist role, specifically focusing on employee relations and welfare to include mentoring and people development and I hold a strong passion for employee wellbeing and mental health support.

A little about me

I really enjoy how versatile my role is within the group, no two days are the same. I am proud to be part of a group that is so diverse and ‘none traditional’ giving its employees the opportunity to bring their whole selves to work every day without judgement.

My experience

I transferred from a civil litigation background over eight years ago to pursue a career in HR. I believed I could help make a difference within management in the legal sector due to a strong understanding of the pressures the legal industry both faces and brings to our lawyers,  the wider business and its workforce. I worked full time within a HR Business Partner role whilst studying for my Masters in HR management so am able to empathise with our current and future leaders/lawyers. It’s tough but equally rewarding and I haven’t looked back since!
