Paralegal
How can I help you?

I am a paralegal in the Medical Negligence department, based at our Walker House office. I support my fellow team members in handling complex and sensitive medical negligence cases. My responsibilities include gathering and analysing medical records, drafting witness statements, preparing legal documents, and liaising with clients, medical experts, and other legal professionals.

My role involves working closely with clients, understanding the complexity of their cases, and guiding them through the legal process with compassion and empathy. I am dedicated to making a positive difference for our clients during what will be a challenging time, ensuring they feel heard and supported.

A little about me.

I am originally from North Wales, but I have called Liverpool my second home since 2018. I love spending quality time with my loved ones and my golden retriever, going for long walks in the countryside, attempting to go for runs after work or finding a new café or restaurant to try.

My experience.

I joined the Medical Negligence department in Jackson Lees in May 2024.

I graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2021 with a Modern History and Politics degree. Alongside my studies I worked in Primary Care in the NHS for four years, where I developed an interest for medical law and public health.

In 2023 I graduated from the University of Liverpool with a Distinction in my Master of Law, where I specialised in medical law and clinical negligence. I was awarded Best Dissertation of my cohort for my research on Menopause Discrimination in the Workplace.

In the future I am hoping to undertake the SQE, to qualify as a medical negligence solicitor.
