I pride myself on being the first point of contact for all clients whether on the telephone or in person at our Heswall offices.  I make it my business to do everything I can to make the start of your journey with Jackson Lees a pleasant and reassuring one.  Starting with a warm welcome, a reassuring smile, an understanding ear and a cuppa of your choice putting you at ease ready for the next step.

A little about me

I am a Northumbrian lass and have lived on the Wirral for 7 years. 

In my opinion manners and a smile cost nothing and I, naturally, instil that into my role as Welcome Team Advisor at our Heswall Office.  People are my motivation and I thrive on my natural ability to raise a smile whilst assisting and supporting others through, what can often be, very difficult and stressful situations. 

I enjoy sunshine holidays, gardening and, most of all, quality time with my family. 

My experience

I have worked in the legal profession since the age of 17 and, over the years, I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in the legal environment.  I thrive on dealing with the public and always treat people with kindness and respect.  In my opinion, excellence comes as standard and nothing less will do!
