I work as part of the Welcome Team across all 3 offices. I’m always trying to exceed client expectations, making a positive difference to clients and colleagues whenever I can.

A little about me

Having lived in The Middle East for 18 years and travelling the world extensively, I feel I have the knowledge and skills to work well with people from all backgrounds and nationalities, understanding various cultures and work ethics.

My experience

Having been trained in a high level of customer service within the airline industry, I enjoy providing a first class service to all our clients, striving to ensure I’ve gone over and above what is expected of me either by telephone, email or in person at one of our offices.
