How can I help you?

I am the Recruitment and Integration Officer on the People’s team. Working closely with Heads of Departments I provide recruitment to all areas of the business whether that be Legal, IT or front of house etc. My main duties are to advertise, headhunt, arrange interviews and support on the offer stage of the recruitment life cycle.  

To add to this, I also support on the integration part helping new people settle into the business. I am the main point of contact before they start, during the recruitment process and during their first 12 weeks in the business.  

A little about me

In my spare time I love to be out and about with my family exploring as much as we can whether that be locally or abroad. Relating to my job, I am such a people person and love meeting new people as well.  

My experience

I have been in the wonderful world of recruitment for over ten years and take a lot of pride in work. I have recruited in many different sectors from sales, nursing, technology and now legal for just over 3 years. Knowing that I love to make a positive difference and help people, recruitment was the perfect opportunity to do this. Joining Jackson Lees in December 2021 has allowed me to grow, gain more experience and maintain the MAPD way of working.
