Contact meHow can I help you?
I work within the Family team as a Family Paralegal. I am one of the first points of contact for clients who make new enquiries within our team, and I assist them over the phone and in person.
My role involves assisting solicitors with client cases in relation to private and public children, divorce and finances, injunctions and change of names.
I work on both private paying cases and publicly funded cases. My role also involves supporting clients in court, assisting with Legal Aid funding, and conducting other administrative tasks.
A little about me
I am a friendly, approachable, and empathetic individual who is passionate about access to justice. I take pride in helping others and this is fuelled by my interests in the workings and structures of the legal system.
My role in assisting solicitors on their cases comes with the ability to make a positive difference to the lives of families and children and ensuring they move on to new chapters in their lives as amicably and smoothly as possible.
My experience
I graduated with a LLB Law Degree at the University of Liverpool in 2022 and graduated my LLM Professional Legal Practice (LPC) course in November 2023. I joined Jackson Lees in July 2023. Before I joined Jackson Lees, I worked in various customer service environments, providing great customer service to customers and assisting them in any way that I can. My role within the Family law team has and still is providing me with various skills and knowledge which I can eventually bring to my dream role as a Solicitor when I qualify.
