Job Title:                   Commercial Property Solicitor  

Reporting:                  Reports to the Head of Department  

Office Location:        Hoylake or Liverpool

Overall purpose:      To manage Client matters within the commercial property department based out of our Hoylake Office or Liverpool offices

Key accountabilities:

• Opportunity to work on an interesting and varied caseload from onboarding to post completion including disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant matters and refinancing. 
• Maintain a well-organised file management system including adherence to timescales and compliance 
• Efficiently delegate to the legal support team to ensure work is completed in a timely manner 
• Ensure financial aspects of matters are managed to enable success of KPIs

Person specification:

• 5 years + PQE within Commercial Property 
• Proven experience of dealing with all aspects of Commercial Property
• Good Time Management 
• People person 
• Team player 
• Self motivated
