The department have established the Jackson Lees Trust Corporation. The Trust Corporation can act as a Court of Protection Deputy which means our team can support more clients, with an increasingly flexible and streamlined service. The setting up of the Trust Corporation enables our team to achieve their primary goal of protecting the finances of society’s most vulnerable.
The Jackson Lees Group Court of Protection department was set up in 2007 and has grown from strength to strength under renowned lawyer and Head of Department, Jane MacGregor. Jane is supported by Deputy Head of Department, Joanne McNally.
