What better way than by building a Training Academy, for our people, by our people.

We believe in a holistic and wholesome approach; it’s not just about providing legal services to clients – it’s about ensuring that we do so in a way that makes them as comfortable as they can be with the legal process – that we really look after them and show them how much we truly care.

It’s about developing our people in a rounded way that places as much focus on technical skills as it does on interpersonal skills so that our people are well equipped to handle whatever life throws at them.

It’s about our people and giving them the opportunity to develop and grow with us.

All of the courses and programmes that are available are open to everyone in our business. All of the courses are very different, and range from personal development to business management, economics to client journey, and everything in between.

Our people are at the heart of our business and the development of our people is something that we are very passionate about!

We have had over 300 places taken on courses in the four months that the Academy has been live, and we expect that it will continue to grow from strength to strength.
