Medical Negligence matters are difficult cases. There is still the stigma attached with pursuing medical professionals or the NHS, a much beloved institute. But mistakes do happen and peoples’ lives can be severely impacted as a result.
People deserve answers for why mistakes happen.
I strive to find those answers and to obtain acknowledgement from medical providers that mistakes have happened and that lessons will be learnt.
A little bit about me
Helping vulnerable and injured people is what motivates me.
Doing what is best for the client is my first priority. I work tirelessly for the right outcome, whether a case is worth £10,000 or £10 million.
I strive to make a real difference in clients’ lives and ensure my clients are fully involved in the claim process at all stages. I’ve dealt with a wide range of cases but have a particularly interest in cases involving negligently performed surgeries, cases of delayed diagnosis, and fatal accident claims.
My experience
I completed my law degree at John Moores University in 2010 and went on to gain a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in 2011.
I qualified as a solicitor in February 2014 and joined a firm specialising in medical negligence claims upon qualifying. I have been specialising in medical negligence work since 2014.
Client testimonials
The level of communication I received from Jackson Lees was excellent, I was kept up to date step by step. I would like to express my thanks to Chris Achilles for the work he put in on my behalf.
