I advise from inception to completion of the conveyancing process for residential sale and purchase including new build transactions. I will liaise with other solicitors, estate agents, site offices and lenders to make sure you reach your target dates for exchange and completion.

A little about me

I will guide you through the conveyancing process and keep you updated throughout the transaction by telephone and email. My aim is to ensure that the transaction runs as smoothly and as quickly as possible.

My experience

I have over 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and qualified as an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2018.
