I am a senior property lawyer with considerable experience dealing with conveyancing transactions.  I deal with sale and purchase ranging from straightforward freehold to more complex leasehold, shared ownership and newbuild transactions.  I also deal with re-mortgages and transfer of equity matters. I also deal with probate sales and Deputy/LPA sales and purchases.

A little about me.

Outside work I enjoy spending time with my family. I like reading and have a very large collection of books which I have yet to read which I believe makes me a Tsundoku!

My experience.

I am currently a Registered Conveyancing Technician with the Council of  Licensed Conveyancers and am currently working towards obtaining my Licence to become a Licensed Conveyancer.

I have worked within the residential conveyancing sector since the 1980’s. I had a  10 year break when I worked as a Housing Law Adviser for Shelter, assisting homeless and badly housed people.

I have an Honours degree in English which was obtained through the Open University.
