How can I help you?

I am a member of the Welcome Team based at Walker House. As a member of this team, my role is to be the first point of contact when you call through to the firm. I am there to assist with any general enquiries you have, whether it be you’re a returning client, a current client wanting to speak to your solicitor, or a new business enquiry. I understand it can sometimes feel daunting to reach out to a law firm and therefore try my best to empathise with those who call and direct them to the department which would be able to assist best.

Providing a good first impression is crucial when trying to make a positive difference.

A little about me

I enjoy being able to help people, especially those who may be going through a difficult period. As a member of the Welcome Team, I encounter different calls for the various departments daily which ensures I am always learning something new! I enjoy working in a busy environment surrounded by people who are all working towards the same goal.

My experience

I joined Jackson Lees in August 2021 after graduating with a degree in Law from Liverpool John Moores University. I am currently completing my Legal Practice Course (LPC) on a part-time basis alongside my job at Jackson Lees with hope to become a solicitor in the future.
