I am a Litigation Executive in the Clinical Negligence Department, working on a variety of cases from late cancer diagnoses and elderly care to medication errors, catastrophic birth injuries and fatalities.
I have worked in both local and national law firms since 1996 and joined Jackson Lees in 2023.
A little about me
The foundation of my work is to assist victims of Clinical Negligence in obtaining explanations, apologies and, where damages are due, to ensure that they adequately compensated for what they have experienced.
Over the years, I have encountered many clients who are stressed and upset by their experience when seeking medical treatment. My motivation is to find the answers that they deserve.
My experience
I started out as Legal Secretary in 1996.
In 2000 I began my Clinical Negligence career working as part of a team who dealt with Multi-Party cases, primarily the Alder Hey Organ Retention Litigation. Once that was concluded, I began to work on my own Clinical Negligence files which I have been doing for the majority of the past 23 years.
As a result of this I have gained significant experience in investigating a variety of cases and seeking justice for my clients.
