I specialise in leasehold transactions acting for both landlords and tenants, property investment, acquisitions and disposals, portfolio management and dealing with loans and security documentation for banks and other lenders. My clients include investors, developers, off-shore companies, pension schemes, small business owners and lenders. I also have experience of residential property transactions including off-plan sales and purchases.

I enjoy getting to know my clients and understanding their commercial needs which allows me to find the best solution for them. I strive to give my clients the best possible service by combining legal expertise with commercial acumen.

My experience

I qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and gained great experience representing small businesses and individuals at a Wirral based high street firm. I then progressed to a Legal 500 commercial boutique firm in Liverpool which specialised in advising SMEs, where I worked on multimillion pound transactions and was shortlisted for the Solicitors Journal Commercial Property Team of the Year Award.

I was very pleased to join the Commercial Property team at the Jackson Lees Group in August 2017 and I have been extremely impressed by the expertise and client service, which is reflected in the strong client base.
