I specialise in Immigration and Asylum matters including advocating at appeals at the First-tier and Upper-tier Tribunals. I can assist you with your Immigration (in-country or abroad) application with / to the Home Office or Visa Application Centre and also assist you in preparing your case in court if you have been refused. I am also an experienced advocate and will put your case to an Immigration Judge in the best possible light to enhance your chances of obtaining a positive outcome.

I think I am wired for my job naturally as I enjoy seeing positive outcomes from cases I have been involved in.

My experience

I am a Solicitor in England and Wales and also a Senior Level 2 LAA Accredited Caseworker and Supervisor. I have been practising Immigration and Asylum Law over 15 years now. I have worked for the firm from 2012.
