I’m recognised and accredited by the Law Society of England and Wales to provide specialised advice and full representation in all areas of Immigration Law. I advise clients from the start of their case to the conclusion. My specialised areas include applications for those overseas to join their spouses in the UK, to extend leave to remain in the UK, human rights applications and applications for settlement and citizenship.

Since Brexit I have represented more and more European nationals who are seeking to secure theirs and their families futures in the UK. I also specialise in appeals to the First and Upper Tribunal and in applications for Administrate Review and Judicial Review.

My experience and knowledge of Immigration Law and Home Office policy and guidance, allows me to effectively assist clients in what is a notoriously complex area of law which is subject to constant change. 

A little about me

My focus is on working with my clients to achieve positive outcomes and I aim to alleviate some of the stress inherent in navigating the UK’s immigration system by providing clients with clear, coherent advice for a reasonable, fixed fee. 

My experience

I have been working continuously in Immigration Law since I qualified as a solicitor in 2005. I joined Broudie Jackson Canter in October 2009. I am also a Level Two caseworker member of The Law Society's Immigration and Asylum Accreditation scheme.
