Within my role, I provide support to fee earners within the team undertaking tasks as directed. Providing a strong administrative support and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. As a team, Social Welfare focus on the client, assisting in all areas of the Court of Protection – (Welfare) and Community Care Law.
A little about me
The outcomes and what we can achieve for our client are the motivation that drives us. We are often faced with difficult cases where clients are unable to do for themselves and they entrust us to challenge decisions made by authorities. The areas of Law the team covers are so vast no two cases are ever the same, bringing something different and challenging every day. Our goal is always to achieve the very best for our client and support them along the way.
My experience
I joined Jackson Lees initially in 2003 as an office assistant, my many years at the firm has provided me with a wealth of knowledge and hands on experience. My roles throughout the years have varied and after 5 years I took a short break to travel and upon returning to the UK I was lucky enough to return to work within Jackson Lees in 2010. My most recent positions being a clerk within the Social Welfare team in late 2014.
