Vocational Training Loan Scheme  We understand that training costs may be hard to reach for some. That’s why we offer a Vocational Training Loan Scheme where there is a legitimate business case. This scheme supports the payment of course fees that must be paid up-front on the basis that a loan is provided interest free, then we agree monthly repayment costs with you during the life of a training course. When you complete your training, we then refund any monies paid towards the loan, back to you, in return for your commitment to use those skills in the workplace. It is hoped that these skills will benefit you with your personal development as well as the team and the services we offer to clients.  #MAPD – to training opportunities!

Training Academy  The Training Academy was set up in 2018 and offers a vast topic of areas delivered by experts both internally and externally to the business. The academy was set up to support our commitment to develop our people to be the best version of themselves.  #MAPD – to your development! 
Internal Workplace Mentor Scheme  This scheme operates on a 12-monthly basis and is aimed to support our people to benefit from support from others who they may not otherwise have the opportunity to learn.  #MAPD – to your development! 
Roadmaps & regular one-to-one meetings  Roadmaps are devised for each member of the workforce and are revisited frequently to check on performance and progression.  One-to-one meetings take place regularly to review progress and identify training needs to be addressed.
This rolling review process drives engagement and builds strong relationships with leaders and replaces our previous annual appraisal process.
