| Vocational Training Loan Scheme | We understand that training costs may be hard to reach for some. That’s why we offer a Vocational Training Loan Scheme where there is a legitimate business case. This scheme supports the payment of course fees that must be paid up-front on the basis that a loan is provided interest free, then we agree monthly repayment costs with you during the life of a training course. When you complete your training, we then refund any monies paid towards the loan, back to you, in return for your commitment to use those skills in the workplace. One-to-one meetings take place regularly to review progress and identify training needs to be addressed.
