How can I help you? 

I am a Court of Protection Paralegal, directly assisting Solicitor Kelly Duncan with her client files.  

My role involves daily contact with case managers, family members and legal professionals to support some of society’s most vulnerable individuals, who lack capacity to manage their property and financial affairs.  

A little about me

I have always been passionate about helping others and that is why I love working in the Court of Protection department, constantly making a positive difference in client’s lives. I find it incredibly fulfilling assisting clients and making a positive impact, no matter how big or small.  

My experience

I joined Jackson Lees in August 2023, having worked in the health and welfare side of Court of Protection for a year and a half prior. After graduating the University of Chester with an LLB and securing a Paralegal position, I plan to complete the LPC with the aim of qualifying as a Solicitor in the Court of Protection Team. Outside of work, I love to go the gym and spend time with friends and family.
