I specialise in all aspects of residential conveyancing with extensive experience in sales & purchases, transfers of equity, mortgages & lender support, landlord & tenant matters and more complex conveyancing issues. I also have experience of wills & probate and court of protection matters including probate sales and Deputy/LPA sales & purchases.

A little about me

I am something of a conveyancing fanatic! I have been fascinated and excited about this work since starting my professional career. I enjoy delivering the best possible service to my clients by adopting a ‘right first time’ approach.

At a personal level I enjoy spending time with my family, long walks, western movies, golden age crime novels and keeping my scrapbooks going!

My experience

I am a Chartered Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer and Licensed Probate Practitioner (having qualified in 1987). Over the years I have worked for and with some of the best conveyancers in the North West. I have written numerous articles for trade journals and act as an External Verifier of colleges offering conveyancing courses to law students.

I also have a background in professional regulation. I currently sit on the Council of Licensed Conveyancers’ Adjudication Panel and on the CILEx Regulation Admissions & Licensing Committee.
