Contact meHow can I help you?
I am a passionate advocate for human rights and holding states to account for their actions. I assist bereaved families during the inquest process, and I will do all that I can to help families find the answers as to what happened to their loved ones, and to prevent such tragedies recurring. I am able to assist in providing inquest representation, and to ensure that the family remains at the centre of the inquest process and their voices are heard. I specialise in inquests involving the state, including the police, prison, mental health services, and other state agencies. I ensure that the families have equality of arms and receive specialist advice in relation to the inquest proceedings.
I also act for individuals who bring claims against state authorities who have experienced unlawful detention, assault or other infringements of their rights.
A little bit about me
I graduated from Queens’ University Belfast with a 2:1 in Law LLB in 2019. I then went on to complete a Masters in International Human Rights and Medical Law at the University of Liverpool, where I was awarded a Distinction in December 2020. After volunteering at the Liverpool Law Clinic, it became clear to me that I wanted to pursue a career in securing social justice in the local community, and Broudie Jackson Canter has been the best place for me to do so.
I joined Jackson Lees Group in December 2020, and I began training to become a Solicitor in February 2022. I have now completed and passed all of my SQE exams, and have been admitted on to the roll of Solicitors in June 2024.
