Pete Weatherby QC provides advice to clients on 'Listening Project'
You may have heard the Chair, Baroness Hallett, speak of a ‘Listening Project’, anticipated to take place over the coming months. The Chair and her team have already made reference to a listening project, though have not outlined the specifics of what it will involve. Pete Weatherby QC’s advice
Pete Weatherby QC, our lead Counsel for the Covid Inquiry, has drafted advice for our clients on this issue. The advice offers guidance to clients on gathering evidence for two main areas:
- Evidence of who they were in life
- Evidence relating to the circumstances of death
We will then put forward a proposal to the Chair and her team on behalf of the bereaved families.
