Elkan Abrahamson & Pete Weatherby QC share their thoughts on the draft Terms of Reference
On 9th March 2022, the Prime Minister signed the draft Terms of Reference, meaning that a 4-week public consultation period has now begun. The public has until 7th April 2022 to submit their feedback via the official Inquiry website.
Elkan Abrahamson has now had the opportunity to read through the Terms of Reference, and, together with Pete Weatherby QC, the Barrister for the Inquiry, have drafted their thoughts to help you, the bereaved families at the heart of the Inquiry, get a better understanding for what is being proposed.
Please click here to read Elkan & Pete's thoughts on the Terms of Referenece.
We encourage you to make your thoughts, feelings and suggestions known to the Inquiry team via the consultation page before the 7th April 2022, so that the Terms of Reference can be as representative of you and your experiences as possible.
