Module 9 will evaluate the economic interventions implemented by the UK Government and Devolved Administrations in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. This assessment will encompass the economic support provided to businesses, employment sectors, the self-employed, vulnerable individuals, and those receiving benefits, as well as examine the impact of key economic measures.

Additionally, it will review extra funding allocated to public services and the voluntary and community sectors. More information regarding the areas of investigation is available in the provisional scope for Module 9.

The first Preliminary Hearing for Module 9 is scheduled for 23 October 2024 in London.
